  • Chat data may be stored for up to 12 months for auditing, quality control, and system improvement.

  • Account-related data is retained while your account is active or as legally required.

  • You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 7).

  • Trusted data processors (hosting, analytics, or security providers).

Humipedia’s AI experts provide educational guidance only.
Users are always informed when interacting with AI.

AI outputs may be stored for auditing, model improvement, and research aligned with ethical principles of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

No personal or identifiable data is ever used to train public AI models.

10. Children’s Privacy

Humipedia’s services are not directed to children under 16.
If we learn that such data has been inadvertently collected, it will be deleted immediately.

Users outside the EU — including in the United States — acknowledge that Humipedia operates under EU data-protection standards.
Humipedia is not subject to HIPAA, since no clinical patient records are processed.
