Det går även att maila oss om allmänna frågor. Försök att undvika privata frågor eller vårdfrågor som är kopplade till dina persondata. Via mail kan vi inte vara säkra på att det är du som mailar även om det ser ut som din mail-address eller om den är kapad. Mail är heller inte en säker kanal. Istället bör du använda telefon.
