Humipedia provides AI-assisted educational guidance related to human health, well-being, and longevity.

Our digital experts — including AIDOC, AIMED, and Humipedia PRO — use artificial intelligence to interpret text, images, or structured data and suggest relevant educational information.

These tools are intended solely for informational and educational purposes.
They are not medical devices, are not FDA-cleared, and are not regulated under the EU MDR (Medical Device Regulation) or IVDR.

They do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace the professional judgment of a licensed healthcare provider.
All clinical or treatment decisions must be made by qualified medical professionals.

2. Intended Users

Humipedia’s tools may be used by:

  • Individuals seeking health-related educational insights.

  • Licensed physicians, clinicians, or healthcare researchers using the tools for professional learning or exploratory reasoning.

Professional users remain fully responsible for reviewing, validating, and interpreting any AI-generated content before applying it in clinical or research contexts.

3. AI Transparency and Limitations

AI systems can make mistakes or produce incomplete, outdated, or biased information.
Responses are generated using probabilistic reasoning, not human clinical judgment.

Users agree to:

  • Verify important information with qualified healthcare professionals.

  • Never rely solely on AI outputs for diagnosis, treatment, or patient management.

Humipedia may update its AI models periodically to improve accuracy, safety, and transparency.

4. Regulatory and Legal Compliance

Humipedia’s AI tools are classified as informational and educational systems, not diagnostic or therapeutic instruments.
They are not subject to FDA pre-market review and do not fall under EU MDR or IVDR regulation.

We operate in accordance with:

  • EU AI Act (transparency, safety, accountability)

  • GDPR (data protection and privacy)

  • EU Consumer Rights Directive (fair digital service contracts)

Jurisdiction:
Humipedia is operated in Sweden under Innova Horizon AB.
Outside Sweden, our AI tools and educational content are offered solely as general informational resources and do not constitute licensed medical practice in any jurisdiction.

No-prescription clause:
The platform does not issue or facilitate prescriptions, medical certificates, or treatment orders.
If any component is later classified as a medical device under applicable law, Humipedia will perform the necessary conformity assessment and CE-marking before public use.

5. Data Privacy and Security

All interactions are encrypted and handled according to GDPR and EU privacy standards.

We do not sell or share personal data for marketing.
Uploaded text, images, or health-related data may be temporarily retained for algorithm safety auditing and quality improvement for up to 12 months, unless deleted earlier by the user.

Professional users remain the data controllers for any information they submit.

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Accounts and Access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the system.

8. Payments (for PRO or Premium Services)

All paid features are clearly described before checkout, including prices, renewal periods, and refund policies.
Unless otherwise required by law, fees are non-refundable once access has been granted.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, AI prompts, branding, and written materials are the property of Humipedia and Innova Horizon AB.

You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part of the platform or its content without written permission.

10. Modification of Terms

Humipedia reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Substantial changes will be communicated on the website or by email before taking effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden together with applicable EU regulations.

Users outside the EU acknowledge that Humipedia operates under Swedish jurisdiction and does not claim clearance or authorization from non-EU authorities.
